WSOP
Whenever this many poker players all come together in the same room, there is always the possibility of a fight. That is exactly what happened today at the World Series of Poker during one of their premiere events.

John Davis and Mike Gomes got into a tussle after Gomes commented that he could see through Davis' sunglasses. Apparently, Davis was frustrated after Gomes took a big hand from him earlier in the tournament.

"He said my sunglasses were see through and I know that is not the case," said Davis, from the rail where he had been sent for ten minutes. "I mean, I can tell the difference between see through and not see through. He couldn't see nothing."

Gomes was surprised when Davis came across the table at him, but reiterated his point when asked whether the glasses were indeed see through. "I saw through them, and even if I didn't, I told him I did. It rattled him, it worked."

Previously during the WSOP, fights have broken out for various reasons. One player did not like a mold on another player's face, so he attempted to scrape it. The two then fought and became best friends later in the day.

On Saturday, a woman punched a guy in the face because, well, there really was no reason given. The woman just said something about it being that time of the month. Sunday, one player took a swing at another player because he claimed the man was constantly flicking the top of a pen and it was annoying.
