Wrong Again
The lottery can be the stuff dreams are made of, but for one New Hampshire man, it has turned into a nightmare. George Humphrey claims that he has lost millions of dollars in the lottery by playing his deceased mothers birthday in the Pick 3.

Humphrey's received $10 million when his mother, Sue, passed away back in 2007. Since then, Humphrey has honored his mother by playing her birthday in the Pick 3 game from the New Hampshire lottery.

Insisting that the birthday should have brought him good luck, Humprey began to up his bets in 2008 after almost a year of never matching the winning numbers. To date, he says he has lost over $5 million chasing down the dream.

"People will say I have a gambling problem, but I don't look at it that way," said Humphrey in an exclusive telephone interview with Craps Online, "I'm just trying to honor my mom and her gambling lifestyle by playing her birthday in the lottery."

Humphrey has gone as far as to say that if he should continue to lose the rest of his money, he will turn to stealing to obtain the money to continue his quest. When we asked him what that quest was, he simply replied, "To make enough money gambling so that when I pass down my gambling addiction to my children, they have enough money to withstand their losses."
