Fantasy Baseball Jinx? A fantasy baseball owner in Detroit, Michigan is crying foul over a falling apart fantasy baseball team. The problem, according to the owner, is that Jose Guillen has magical powers that are sabatoging the owners fantasy team.
Baseball fans can be extremely superstitious, but the events of the past couple of weeks have one owner, we'll just call him Ant, believing that Kansas City outfielder Jose Guillen holds the keys to all gambling fantasy baseball leagues across the country.
It all started back two weeks ago when the end of the regular season was nearing. An owner, we'll call this one Jamie, whose team had been in first place all year, and won one of the divisions, dropped Jose Guillen. Bob, who had Guillen the previous year, and won the league championship, immediately called the drop of Guillen a fatal move.
Jamie mocked the idea that Guillen had anything to do with his teams success. That all changed, however, in a few days. Key players started getting injured, and star players began to under-perform.
Ant immediately picked up Guillen, assuming he could place him on the disabled list and pick up another player. This is where things became twisted. Guillen is not actually hurt, the Royals just shut him down for the year, so the disabled list was no longer an option.
After realizing he needed the roster spot, Ant dropped Guillen, and that is where it gets interesting. Since dropping Guillen, Ant has also had a rash of injuries and "unfortunate" circumstances that have made some of his players miss games.
So now there are two fantasy teams ruined, and Ant believes that Jose Guillen has everything to do with the situation. He has attempted to contact Guillen to take off the curse, but the attempts have been unsuccseful.
If anyone has any information on how to reverse the curse of Jose Guillen, please contact us here at Craps Online so we can forward the information to Ant. At last check, Ant was hanging on a ledge on the top of his building, so please act fast.
